Sooo I made this today.
And it was as good as it looks. Baked French Toast by none other than The Pioneer Woman. Have I told you that I love her?
I toned down the sugar content a bit, because I tend to like things a bit less sugary, and it still tasted amazing. I mean, you still add butter and syrup on top of it so there’s really no shortage of flavor.
Oh, and I added blueberries to half of it, to spice things up a bit per Ree’s recommendation. Both sides were fabulous.
Super easy, delicious way to impress new friends. I highly recommend it. I’m not going to print the recipe here because you can click on the link above (or the picture) and she does it better. I’m not even going to pretend I had anything to do with this deliciousness. I just follow directions.
